MATERIAL: This dimensional woven textile wallhanging takes inspiration from the natural ripples and undulations of sands shaped over time by wind and water. Dyed by hand from raw plant and mineral materials, the cotton fabric plays the role of the sand, meeting the structure of a golden metal warp, and bringing about an unpredictable, amorphous shape like those only found in nature.
